Information

Please update the Dependant pictures by selecting an image and then click update button.

Confirmation (Dependants & Pictures)

Please check your dependants carefully and then upload the pictures.

Make sure these pictures are clearly visible and are provided with white background.

Pictures of all dependants are required and especially for the whom the card is to be printed.

After updating the pictures, tick the checkbox shown below and click on "Confirm & Next" button.
